We have used Edward at Maynard Johns for the last few years after having had a poor experience with a previous accountant.Since then it has been a breath of fresh air. Not being great with accountancy and having limited understanding I have needed things explained to me in almost "puppets and crayons" terms and Edward has done this with no judgement whatsoever.There has never been any issues or concerns and there is ALWAYS a personal touch with any call or meeting whether at their office or online.Their frontline staff are friendly and approachable and understand any questions you may have. Support with tech and Apps has been outstanding and they have provided guidance and support with these.Edward has gone out his way on occasions for our business and I could not emphasise how much this has been appreciated.Costs have ALWAYS been given to us and queries have been addressed in a professional manner and explained in the correct way so as to understand.Having had a fear of all things "accountancy" and a dread that fills me with anxiety I could not have found someone better for our business.
